This is How the Bold Get Ahead?

Dear Lovely Human,
As I slowed down this summer and got more clarity, I realized we all need to stop doing more. We simply need to play smarter.
The boldest among us see the game differently—and do not act on what most people get busy around.
It’s not the hustle that’s getting them ahead. It’s clarity, timing, and precision. They minus a lot of moves we all spend our energy making.
And yes—those tricks can be learned.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the right things but not quite moving fast enough, this one’s for you.
Because the rules have changed. And the people winning? Let’s learn from what they subtract in their lives….

📌The Week, in Smart:
AI & Emerging Tech
• Want to be the first name ChatGPT suggests in your industry? Master GEO before someone else takes your spot.
• Your next client is asking AI for help—if you’re not using GEO, you’ll never show up.
• Boring local businesses have this advantage with old school SEO showing up at the top google search in just 4 hours. WOW!
• Close deals faster!—This AI CRM shows you who’s ready to buy before you even lift a finger.
• GPT5 is out today……… and it’s free for everyone. While the new colors make you feel good —and not like you’re in a hospital—they still missed a major mood mark.
What if the colors in ChatGPT changed daily based on the mood or sentiment of your prompts? One of the first versions of our GLEAC did exactly that: it asked how you felt that day and then changed the interface color to match your mood.
During Covid, our client Prada USA even used our mood-color grids across their stores to identify which of their product managers might be in crisis.
Maybe we’ve just given the OpenAI team their best “feel” idea yet for their product;-)

A Global Worldview- Singapore
Every month in our GLEAC community, we open up our mindsets by studying a new country. This month, we dive deep into Singapore. Here’s, through Arjun’s eyes, what we can all learn about this island nation — beyond the gloss of its skyline.

Happy 60th Birthday Singapore!
Through Arjun’s Eyes: The Nature Beneath the Negotiations
When Arjun landed in Singapore for a regional board meeting, he thought he knew the drill: skyscrapers, spotless streets, and a precision that runs on the minute. He was here to close deals, not discover landscapes. But within 48 hours, Singapore challenged everything he thought he knew about a city-state.
One morning jog took him through Gardens by the Bay, where the Supertrees weren’t just architectural marvels — they were living ecosystems. A client lunch turned into a stroll along the Marina Barrage, where families picnicked under kites and the skyline shimmered across the reservoir. On an off-day, he found himself at MacRitchie Reservoir Park, startled by monitor lizards crossing the path like they owned it.
Singapore wasn’t a concrete jungle; it was a garden city where deals were struck in boardrooms — and relationships built on walking trails.
Myths, Busted
Before his trip, Arjun had heard the usual:
Singapore is all business, no nature.
✘ Truth: Nearly 50% of the island is green space, from rainforests to mangroves. It’s too small for the wild.
✘ Truth: You can kayak among mangroves in Pulau Ubin or spot rare hornbills in Bukit Timah Nature Reserve— and still make it back in time for your afternoon pitch.Nature here is ornamental.
✘ Truth: Greenery is woven into the economy — cooling buildings, attracting investment, and driving eco-tourism.
Nature as a Business Strategy
What impressed Arjun most was how Singapore uses nature as part of its competitive advantage. Rooftop farms supply local restaurants. The Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park doubles as a flood management system and a biodiversity haven. Corporate innovation labs host walking meetings in parks to spark creative thinking.
This isn’t just environmentalism; it’s economics. Singapore’s green spaces attract sustainability investors, draw top talent seeking quality of life, and position the city as a global testbed for climate-smart solutions.
In Singapore, nature isn’t the backdrop to business — it’s part of the deal.

What if boldness is simply about being clearer?
Focus, boundaries and belief—it does not happen overnight. You train for them to become instinct.
Getting ahead isn’t about speed. It’s about moving so precisely that time stops mattering.

And finally…..
🎯 Impact, Sustainability and Making the World a Better Place?
• I never thought planting trees could change a city—turns out, it’s changing people too.
• What if your wellness routine came with a paycheck? This bold idea is making it real.
• What happens when one of the world’s biggest platforms quietly steps back from equity for all? We all feel it.
